I have to hard boot my pc about once and twice on a bad day. I know it's a broad question but I just don't know why. I updated the drivers and everything. If anyone has an idea it would be greatly appreciated.

Yea honestly I've dealt with Single, Dual, Triple, and Quad Channel memory Motherboard. I've never seen a different between them (But then they were all using different CPU's so can really judge on that. But between dual and Single channel I've never seen a different.

It would sit on code 15 which in the manual says legacy detected and yeah would just stay a blank screen and either after a while it would shut its self off or I just reboot it

Yeah sorry it's a code for the motherboard. And actually the one that comes up is pre memory north bridge initialization is started. That what the code actually means as my manual describes it. And I have a biostar hi-fi z87x 3d motherboard
