Hello, it's been like a few days Windows is annyoing me with this.

Basically, for example, when I open TeamSpeak 3, I hear a sort of "ding!" and the audio is forced to 2.1 and the surround 5.1 is disabled.

I am using Windows 7, 64bit. My headset is Roccat Kave 5.1.

I have also disabled in the configuration that other applications are able to control the driver (you know, in the properties) so I have no clue why this happens. I can't use my 5.1 basically.

I have SoundMax as audio driver.

Yes.

There is only "Speakers: SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio".

I hear nothing without the jacks, the USB just gives power to the headset.

It's a software issue because I hear like a "dang" when I open the application and then it immediatly starts to work again once I close the application it goes back to normal.
