Hello. I have just built a pc from components and installed Windows 7. Everything runs fine, except for the cursor. It responds to the movement of the mouse very slowly. So if I move the mouse quickly to the right i can see that the cursor moves to the right with a noticeable delay. CPU usage is very low at around 0-3% so that shouldn't be the problem.
I've installed all drivers from the motherboard and graphics card and tried multiple mice, all of which have this same problem, leading me to believe it is in the software.
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0
Graphics card: MSI GTX 660
I have also looked all around the internet, not finding a single article about this, nor have I found anyone experiencing the same issue, which worries me a bit.
Has anyone had this problem before/knows how to fix it?
