Hi all summoners, I want to know why my computer isn't able to run the game smooth at even a medium setting. i had a radeon 5450 gpu and i was able to run the game at medium settings with 20-30 fps but now i have a xfx radeon 7870 dd and it has not shown a bit of difference in fps at all. My monitor is a HP vs17e with a 1280 x 1024 resolution.
I've already have the latest update for the gpu and yes I already tried turning off the intergrated graphic on the motherboard by going into the bios settings. im still not really going over 30 fps with this gpu though it does shows significant difference between the two cards when i play Assassin's Creed 3, its much better, but I have a feeling it has something to do with online games i don't know. What am I missing or haven't done yet? Is it my settings? The LoL game won't go over 500mhz.
my cpu : AMD Phenom 2 x4 965 AM3 3.4GHz 512kB processor
my gpu: xfx r7870 dd
im running my gpu with these settings using "msi afterburner"
core clock 1050 mhz
memory clock 1302 mhz
