Hello, I have 2 graphics cards ( Asus HD7770 and Radeon Had4350). My goal is to run my samsung TV off of the Asus and my VGA monitor off of the Radeon if possible. My mother board has 2 PCI slots to support them. Does it matter which order they get installed? Which slot they are in? I want them to run the same screen and I've tried running both the VGA and TV off the newer Asus card but I can't reach the highest resolution on my TV. Any suggestions???

Hi,

1.For your first question: "Does it matter which order they get installed? Which slot they are in?" You must have two 16x PCI-e slots on your motherboard. And no the order doesn't matter.

2.To answer your second question which is: "I've tried running both the VGA and TV off the newer Asus card but I can't reach the highest resolution on my TV. Any suggestions???" This is due to your graphics card not having the high enough maximum resolution to support your Samsung TV. To support your TV you must purchase a new graphics card with a higher maximum resolution.

Unfortunately i do not recommend you install two separate GPUs, this can cause conflicting drivers and hardware issues. Just use your single Asus HD7770 in your motherboard.

Thanks.
