do you live near a microcenter? they have the 8320 AMD processor on sale for $100 right now instore only and that takes care of 1/4 for 1/4th the budget.

Listen to Ahmadjon, the guy knows what he's talking about. That's under your budget and the i5-4440 (in most cases) is better than the FX-8320. The 8320 is a great chip but the i5-4440 beats it. Kingston makes solid RAM, MSI makes good motherboards. Can't say much about XFX PSUs but I assume they're decent quality.
