Hey guys, basically, I'm doing a budget build for a desktop that will be primarily used for everyday work, and lightweight compiling (Android SDK and such...). I'd like to keep it low without having too slow of a build. I'm torn between 3 processors: (All the prices are MOBO+CPU bundle price)

AMD Fx-6350 probably with the Asrock 970 Extreme4 AM3+ ATX for ~$180
I like this one because it's the cheapest option that is still well liked as a processor. Also: with the 970, I wouldn't have to flash the BIOS, right? Just plug and go?

Intel I3-4340K with MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate LGA 1150 ATX for ~$180
or: with Asus Z87-A (SLI) LGA 1150 ATX ~$230
or: with Asrock Z87-Extreme4 ATX LGA 1150 ~$240

Intel I5-4370 ith MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate LGA 1150 ATX for ~$220
or: with Asus Z87-A (SLI) LGA 1150 ATX ~$270
or: with Asrock Z87-Extreme4 ATX LGA 1150 ~$280

I'm honestly trying to keep this build really cheap, am I going to loose that much performance if I get the Fx6350 as opposed to the I3-4340K? And for a simple worktask build, is it even neccessary?
No OC or gaming. Maybe a little lite video rendering. Thanks!
