Q-flash out of date

ok so i have GA-F2A88X-D3H mobo and i am trying to update the bios and i stored the bios update on to a fat32 partition it loads and i can select it but when its loading it stops and says qflash version out of date please update i cant find an update or how to or what should i do

can out dated chipset driver affect this

You don't say which BIOS version you have now and what your current processor is and the reason for changing the BIOS version. Did you read this Note on the BIOS download page:
Note: To support FM2+ APUs, be sure to use an FM2 APU to update the BIOS to the latest version with the EFI Flash tool included in the zip file. (For a future BIOS upgrade, you can use either the Q-Flash or the EFI Flash tool. )

If that applies to you then this thread may help show how to use the EFI tool.

from what i read i need a FM2+ prossesor to enable all the features like dual link and 4k display is it posssible that may be the reason because mine is FM2 not FM2+
