Reuse OS + PSU

Hey guys I have a fast question,

If I get a new MOBO and CPU, will I be able to plug in my SSD w/ windows7 on it and play? or reinstall it?

Also, can I reuse my 750w PSU from my old comp?

i only plan on having an i7 4770k
780 ti
hdd and ssd
and 6gb ram

windows 7 cant be installed on more than 1 system at a time if you have problems with the product key not authenticating all you have to do is call microsoft and tell them your old mobo died and you had to do a fresh install. and yes i would do a clean install of your OS to avoid driver issues.

So once I boot up everything, the SSD wont just load windows? So should I erase everything on my SSD before I get rid of my old comp?

And also, I heard windows 7 doesn't like to be installed on more than 1 MOBO or CPU or something like that, I've only payed for one licence, does this mean I'll have to buy another ?
