Motherboard can't support Case Fans

I just finished the rest of the wiring when I realized I hadn't connected the fans yet. To my horribly painful surprise, I realized I had 2 3-pin fans, and only one 4 pin System fan connector. I have a Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 motherboard, what should I do?

Did the fans come with any 4-pin molex adapters? If so just plug them directly into the PSU and they'll run fine, but at full speed. If you don't have any you may need to buy some, or perhaps even buy a fan controller.

A splitter like this will allow you to run two fans off of a single motherboard header.
