Asus would the one i would pick. They offer better stability to rest components attached to board.
Also, gigabyte board you are specifying won't support your processor as it is FM2 socket and your CPU requires AM3+ socket.
Additionally, Gigabyte doesn't have good reviews for that board on newegg.
Asus would be the best.
