I will go to buy new PC tomorrow and this is my build

CORE I5 4670K
GIGABYTE Z87N-WIFI
WD 1 TB SATA III 64MB BLUE 3-Y
LEADTEK 770 OC
KINGSTON HYPER-X (K2) 8GB (4x2) 1600 MHz CL 9 D. X2/Blue/Beast
LG 24X SATA-Interface
Seasonic S12 II Bronze 620w
Corsair 250D

When I show this build to my friend he said that I should use this RAM instead of Kingston Hyper-X

Team Vulcan 2400/4GBx2/CL11

I told him that my MOBO support only 1333/1600 RAM but my friend said that I can use XMP and go offline.

I do not know anything about this XMP thing.

Can I use it without extra cooler ?
Do I have to overclock my CPU to use XMP ?
Can I use it on my MOBO ?

I plan to buy Corsair hydro H80i in the future to overclock my PC because I cannot afford it now. (or is there any cheap cpu cooler that will save my CPU if I overclock it and fit my mini ITX case ?.)

Thank you in advance.

You'll have to do it manually. XMP profiling will not be of that much help because your mobo supports only 1333/1600 MHz speed for RAM. If you are not into overclocking thing then don't buy that RAM.

Get G.Skill RipJaw X RAM with speed 1600 MHz and CAS Latency of 9 or stick with Kingston Hyper X and you'll be better off.
