I know nothing, please help

My computer is a

DELL OptiPlex 380 (NE1-0024) Dual Core 2.70GHz 4GB ram 750GB HDD Capacity Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit

My question is my video card that comes with the computer is a bit lame..I'm not sure what it is but it's probably an integrated one. I can run Photoshop CS6 just fine but the colors and stuff are very choppy so I'd like to upgrade the video card for maybe a 100 bucks or so. I'm a graphic designer so I don't really game or use the computer for anything other than FLASH,PHOTOSHOP, And other adobe programs.

Dear, your CPU is weak, whatever GPU you'll fit in, it will be bottle necked by the CPU. Better consider changing the CPU.

Not sure about this but if the problem is with colours I would think its more likely the monitor.

Really. I can't install anything better than the Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset that comes with the computer?

My previous computer was a G75VX Asus so I wanted to get rid of that one and get something really plain just for Photoshop and Adobe

It could be a monitor, video cable, also check how much RAM is allocated to the gpu

That's for my Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset lol very very little compared to all my previous computers..

The monitor cable was a cable I found in my box of extra wires however I am not 100% sure from what computer it is from.

My monitor is just some Dell one I got for like 5 bucks. It looks like a monitor for a business call center or other desk job

Pl check the cable first. Dedicated RAM is ok.
