Nope, no that motherboard, has LGA 1150 socket , which in an intel socket and NOT AMD
AMD is good, for a cheep PC, but high end, well, mixed opinions.. The fx-8350 is good at its price point.

that mother board 1150 cant be used with the 8350 am3+. the am3+/1150 are desibnators for sockets on the motherboard that the cpus are seated in. i took a look at your original and you had a 4770 if that isnt within your budget then try to go with a 4670 or a 4670k. if you are having problems trying to find available parts from where your from google pcpartpicker.com and it should come up in your country and your post your selections. if you can get a 4670/4670k where you are from the price is around the same as a 8350 and the gaming performance is better so i would go that route, hope i cleared some stuff up for you.

the 1150 cpus i5 series or i7 have superior single thread per core gaming that amd(8350) cant compete with, just because the 8350 has 8 cores doesnt make it better. the i5 and i7 series on the 1150 socket have superior gaming performance
