So I'm trying to get my games to run as cleanly as possible because I get extremely motion sick if there are jaggies/screen tears all over the place. I'm looking for tips/tricks on keeping this from happening, and help making things stay clean.

Current build in siggy/build thingy.

As always, appreciate any help I can get.

Solution
Perhaps try to get a faster refreshing monitor. Anything from the overclockable Korean IPS monitors where most people get success upto 96Hz, or TN panels with a refresh rate of 120Mhz or 144Mhz. I've heard that generally these faster refreshing monitors are easier on the eyes and reduce motion sickness. Hope this helps.

Solution
also to add what fatboyslimerr said a faster response monitor also in conjunction will help. A 2ms response time will help prevent ghosting.

as for tearing. Vsync will help with this as it is cause from the GPU putting out more FPS than the monitor can use. Causing the monitor to try to display 2 frames at the same time.

lower settings to maintain a minimum of 60 FPS for a 60hz refresh monitor. this will prevent frame stutter you get when the monitor/gpu switches to 30 FPS. any time the FPS drop below 60 it will switch to 30 causing a stutter causing motion sickness because of the non smoothness of it. ( I suffer from the same thing, your far from alone on this).

set your AA and AF to max in conjunction with the above to help smooth out the jaggy's
