It is because your time, date and year are set wrong in windows.
The cause is because there is a battery on the motherboard that keeps the current settings of the bios stored. And also keeps the RTC or real time clock correct in time date an year each time you use windows.
If it looses these then you need to replace the cmos battery to keep the correct time, date and year settings.
