You need the ff:

1. Pen Drive (i see you have one)
2. Windows 7 Iso
3. a Program called RUFUS (search Rufus in google)

* I personally use Rufus because its simple and easy to use.

Choose your device (in my case its F:)
File system (Fat32 or NTFS works good)
Label it or rename it as you wanted
Click the icon beside FreeDOS (windows explorer will open and choose your ISO)
Hit Start.

restart your PC, while the USB are still attach. go to your BIOS
BOOT MENU
find or locate the BOOT PRIORITY . Choose your USB as the First Boot.
Save the setting and restart.

Wait and there will be a screen saying "Press any key to boot . . . . . "

and thats it! :)

Is this a full functioning system from USB drive, or just a simple boot using win ISO for USB setup of win 7 in another drive?

i done this .iso image comes in pen drive .it 's also bootable.when i tried to set up [install]windows 7 in same pen drive ,this message comes where we have to select hard disk.
message: windows caannot be installed to this disk.set up does not support configuration of or installation to disks conneccted through a usb or IEEE 1394 PORT.
can i use pen drive instead of hard disk ?
