Hi . I have this problem with my PC . I launch AIDA64 and it is showing me these voltage values
CPU Core-1.088v
+2.5v-1.552v
+3.3v-2.128v
+5v-5.053v
+12v-8.512v
All of them change time to time except the last one . Whatever I do , it won't change , stays at 8.512v . I think this is not normal . If it really is 8.512v than why there is no problem with PC launch . My PSU is Glacial Power - AP700AC 700w .

I don't know about your PSU, but from the voltage values I do know it is a not good PSU, for most of the best PSU the +12V should be within + or - 5% range, and you said you have no problem with the PSU, maybe your PC components like the CPU or GPU is not the power-hungry component, but I will recommend to get the new one like the 80+ and the brand is like Seasonic, XFX , Antec but not the Basiq model , Corsair but not CX or VS Series.

My PSU is 80+ efficient , I've checked that many times , maybe the sensors don't work . My CPU is core2duo e7500 , 4 gb of ram , 2 HDDs no GPU right now , and I'm not facing any problems now , everything works smooth even when the load is high , could this be another kind of problem ?
