Well I can Run Assassin's Creed 1,2,brotherhood,revelations also 3
cod 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,so GTA 4 or\and Dead space Should Work Too right?

Can I run GTA 4 and\or Dead Space 3?

Very much doubt it.

CPU to old slow weak
Ram to little Slow
GPU to old very slow weak
OS very much out of date old obsolete dead discontinued.

In short you need a new rig period.

You might be able to run Dead Space 3 okay, it is not a very demanding game at all, just don't expect to be able to pull off high settings at a high resolution. GTA IV is probably a no go, it's a pretty bad port and doesn't run well on systems that actually exceed its recommended requirements, so it won't work with something that falls below minimum requirements.
