are you running at your native resolution for that monitor, check your resolution settings in windows control panel

so your problem is fixed now? and i meant change it in your computer not on the monitor windows button/control panel/appearance and personalization/display/resolution now check to see if your windows is running at native resolution to what your monitor is rated for
