What is the best Case ?

Hello Everyone :)
I want to ask you what is the best case for my gaming specs
do i have to chose Cooler Master CM 690 III or Zalman Z11+
My specs are :
MSI B85-G43 GAMING
i5-4670K
8Go DDR3 - Corsair vengeance Black
MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozer GAMING 2GB
HDD 1 To
OCZ ZS - 550 WATTS

-Internal USB 3.0
-Better Cooling
-Rubber Grommets
-Modular HDD Cage (can fit bigger Graphics Cards)
-More space
-Bigger CPU cutout
-Better looking (in my opinion)

Can you explain to me, cm 690 III better on what ? cooling or the design ?

I look at a case in 3 categories.

1. Can I fit what I want into it.
2. Can it handle the CPU liquid cooler/ Cooling system I want to setup.
3. Do I want to look at it for 24hrs a day 7days a week 365.

For me usually the answers go like this.

1. I want a mITX but screw it I am going to be getting a Full Tower.
2. Most cases like single 120 fans so you can plug a corsair 90i into many different smaller cases.
3. nah nah nah erryanah......
