Reinstalled windows 7, drivers suddenly not installing anymore

Hello,

I recently reinstalled windows 7 on my computer but almost every driver seems to fail to install at some point. these are my specs

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, build 7601)
System manufacturer: MICRO-STAR-INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD
System model: MS-7235
BIOS: Phoenix - awardBIOS v6.00PG
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6300@ 1.86GHz (2 CPUs),~ 1.9GHz
Memory 3070MB

GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series

Now i've basically tried everything, AMD's automatic find and driver installer, downloaded the drivers manually, tried the latest catalyst installer and i even tried their beta but nothing seems to be working. so i decided to install Driver genius. This shows me more then just the gpu driver fails to install.. and im kinda lost at what i should do right now. Would add pictures if i could.

i also already reinstalled windows and tried everything agian. no luck so far
Please help me out guys.
