Confused Is This Right

Sound weird but I have a:

• Amd Athlon x4 750k 3.4Ghz Base
• 4gb ddr3 1600 mhz corsair vengeance ram
• Radeon 7750 HD
• 430watt power supply
• 250GB HD
• Coolermaster 430 elite case
And im getting a steady 150-180 fps on team fortress and counter strike global offensive on high setting.

But it was a rather cheap build ?

Neither game is that demanding on the CPU or GPU. If your sure your settings are all at the highest and you have an FPS OSD running and it says your getting that framerate, I'd say that's what your getting. These are Source engine games. Source has been upgraded a few times since it came out in 2004, but it is still a ten year old engine.

P.S. You didn't mention your resolution, might give some context.
