Solution
It's really hard to recommend a build since you are in Singapore. Prices are way different.
All I can say is get a i5 + 2x4gb 1866 + 770 + 600W PSU.

Sorry that I`m not going to give you any links, but here`s an idea for what you might be looking for.
Based on how you balance your PSU/Mobo choice, you could get a more powerfull GPU.

i7 4770k (not the K version if you will not OC, but I do recommend the K version just to have the option in case you will change your mind)
R9 290/R9 290x/GTX 780/GTX 780ti - check the prices and what fits in your budget.
750W PSU if you will not SLI or xFire. Choose a good brand (Seasonic, Silverstone, Corsair, Antec, XFX), with silver/gold/platinum certification.
Z87 motherboard (to be compatible with the CPU), and go for what your budget allows you - you can put here some of them, and we can help you choose a good one.

Now, all is based on what is most important for you.
You can choose the CPU and PSU at first, and then balance the rest of your budget around getting a powerfull GPU, but still a good motherboard.

it's okay if the price is different, its just that i'm not sure what to buy for it to be compatible. etc
