Will I Run FRAPS or any other Capture Software well on this rig?

I want to record my gameplay and upload them to youtube. Aiming for at least 720P HD Quality.

I play on a 1920x1080 resolution

*none of these are OC unless factory OCed

Proc:FX6300 3.5GHz
GPU: ASUS R9 270X DC2 TOP 2GB
Mobo: MSI 880GMS-E41

Suggestions other than fraps are open. As long as I can do it for free or for a small payment.

You probably wont get much fps and fraps will use a lot of your hdd space.

How much HDD? Because my other drive has around 683GB free. Using that drive for games in the future as well.

get milrillis action! its a recordings capturing program similar to fraps but far less demanding, it would only cut 5 frames out of your games which is acceptable for a recording software, been using it for months now, then get nero recode and convert your videos to a smaller files with the same resolution, for example if my recording is 30gb for 10min I can convert them to 4gb file with little lose in video quality and a 60fps video. this is what I have been doing and it works great, this way I don`t have to keep deleting my gameplay and awesome moves cuz I don`t have space.

and you can use other video converting software but nero recode can convert up to 40 files so you put them on when you go to bed and let it do its jop.
also action! has a streaming service which would be useful for you

if you don`t want to worry about converting and all that.

Fraps is going to eat your Minecraft fps when recording... I will suggest using "Dxtory" or "Mirrilis Action", these programs will run better on all mid range pc´s...

For me 90 sec of footage at 1920x1200 was taking up a 4.5gb. Install Fraps on your SSD and save footage to HDD!

Ah okay I might edit that to other softwares because afaik FRAPS takes too much for a system like mine.
