more info:
1)The PC was running with League Of Legends, for over then one year, dual memory 2X2GB, worked fine.
2)Went into Twitch, to watch the LOL champion ship (last year), BSOD started to happen, didn't solved the problem, sent the PC to get it fixed, they didn't find the problem, so eventually i removed LOL+format the PC, no more BSOD, i am watching Twitch all day long, i play other games, didn't had BSOD for almost a year.
3)Now i re-install LOL, BSOD, happen on start up, if not, it happen after 10 minutes of almost any use, FB, YouTube, etc.
4)BUT, if i remove one memory card, i can play LOL, i can do what ever i want, no BSOD,
if i change the memory card slot, any slot is fine, no BSOD.
if i change the memory card, the other one works fine on any slot, no BSOD.
but both of them can only run 10 minutes, and then BSOD, tested on slot:1+2, 3+4, 1+3, 2+4.
no matter were i place them, one can run, two can't run.

My pc:
AMD: Phenom II x4 Quad Core 955 Socket AM3 3.2Ghz
M4A88T-M AM3, 880G, DDR3 1333, VGA ATI HD4250, PCI-E, CrossFireX‎
2X DDR III 1333Mhz 2GB KINGSTON
Sapphire HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 DX11 2xDVI HDMI Mini 2xDP PCI-E
SeaSonic 620W

BSOD Types: (that i remember now)
win32, 0000(i mean no words on the blue screen), black screen, frozen screen, frozen screen with patterns, it's not the same BSOD\freeze, every 10 minutes there are different ones.

thanks for trying to help me.

as you can see, i didn't had blue screen for about 1 year, i wonder if when i installed LOL i screw something and what can i do to fix it,
i also looked on LOL forums and wasn't able to find help there

more info: after memtest, core temp was high:
temp 0: 55c
temp 1: 27c
core 0: 59c
core 1: 59c
core 2: 59c
core 3: 59c
my core temp are normally at 34c-48c, i never saw such high temp as 59c, also, when i went back to windows, the temp went back to 44c after less then 10 minutes.

New info:
format the pc and have a clean hard drive,
keep getting frozen sticks if i use any of my 2 memory cards on on slot (2)
also if i try dual (1+2), the pc crushes after 10 sec,
also tried to use dual on the other black slots (3+4), cant run the pc for more then a few sec,
now my pc is runing stable, but i can only use one memory card on slot 1, both the memories can work, but only on slot 1,
so does it mean now that something is wrong with the mother board?
how can i test something like that?
____________________________________________________
maybe solved:
printed the mother board manual, went on it all, i am an expert to M4A88T-M manual now:)
problem was that dual memory is working only with 1 blue and 1 black, the dual is channel 1+3 and 2+4, you learn something new every day :)

Solution
@ mod could you merge this post with this folowing one from the same poster for the same issue http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2030530/instal...
