Thermal Paste still problems

Hello, half a year ago I had a problem with my screen going black after playing a game for 30 minutes. The fans would go crazy then my screen goes black and all I can do is restart the PC.

I found out all I had to do was reapply Thermal Paste. It was fine for a long time although my fans would still turn around very loudly but I never got the black screen again.

Now 1 week ago it started again the same problem so we bought new Thermal Paste and applied is like before but now I am still having the same problem. We didn't put much on it since too much is bad.

If anyone has any solutions or fixes then please do explain them in detail because I am not that very good with the English Vocabulary or Computer hardware.

I did search on google for solution and got many many different solutions but none seem accurate to my problem. My computer isn't overheating and is happens very randomly, yesterday my computer didn't go black screen and today I got it after playing for 1 hours.

Any help is appreciated and please do tell me if I need to provide more details for a better solution.

Oh that means your graphics card just has the heat spreader and not the fan. There is pretty much nothing that you can do (except for removing the heatsink of your card and reapply thermal paste). That is a very weak card you wont be able to game much on it anyway. So better get a new one.
Now your CPU is also ageing. You just cannot put a kickass graphics card in it because your CPU will bottleneck. So I am suggesting you just good card for you-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-hd7770dc1gd5v2
However a complete upgrade will be give you best experience but if you have budget considerations, just get the above mentioned card and you will be able to play on medium settings @ 1080p resolution.
Before getting the card, ensure-...

Temps fine.
How can I check if my PSU is sufficient ? It could be that since the fan is almost always going crazy fast when I start any game. Or is it possible I might have to just reset it somehow ?

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate
Motherboard : Acer Asoure M7811
CPU : Intel (R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93@GHz 2.93 2 cores
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce GT320
RAM : 8GB
PSU: Acer H57M01 (I think, it was on HWMonitor)

I made a screenshot of the worse case I can make it.

I hope you don't mind its a screenshot. I can't see any problems since it has been like this for ages and no overheating.

Do you think I might just have to reapply the Thermal paste and put a little more on it than before ?

No dont remove the heatsink now, since the temps are normal, the problem is somewhere else. Acer H57M01 is your motherboard not PSU :D. HWMonitor wont tell you what PSU u have u have to manually look in the cabinet. You havent mentioned your PSU, but looking at your system specs, I am pretty sure whatever your PSU is, it can handle your system in terms of power IF IT IS NOT FAULTY.
Do you have updated drivers?
One more question. What games are you playing exactly? I am asking this because your video card is a really entry level card, almost unable to play today's games even on lowest settings.

Uhhm okay so if I understand this correctly I have to buy a new Video Card ? My CPU is fine and the PSU aswell ?

If all I have to do is buy a new video card then I am happy :)

EDIT: I have a Asus EAH4350 Silent graphics card here, is that better and is that enough to play Guild Wars 2 (I also play DayZ, which both need good graphics)

Your PSU is atleast a 500W one.
It has the required connections to power up the new card.
Your Case will fit the card in.

BTW your CPU and PSU are fine :)

Thanks for all your help. I don't have the money yet to buy a good card for gaming but since I now know that is the problem I will try and fix it.
I will also reapply the thermal paste but I don't think that is the problem.

Thanks a lot for all the answers and time you spent helping me.
