Gtx 780 i5 3570k Crysis 3

Hi guys.
I recently bought a gtx 780 but when i try to play Crysis 3 with ultra settings and max AA i get just 25-30 fps. Why??
I also use msi afterburner to see the gpu usage and it is just 60%. Why doesn't it go at 100%??
The cpu usage is 50%.
I have the last nvidia dirver and a gtx 780 herculez x3 ultra.
I get 50-60 fps in Far Cry 3. I think it is a bit low too.

1920x1080.
I disable virtu mvp and now crysis go at 50 fps. It's acceptable.
Far Cry still go at 50-70 fps while benchmarch sya it should go at 90...

yes, i know i have a terrible psu: msi-n750-val, or something similar.
I'm going to buy i knew one as soon as possible.

Does someone who has got my same gtx 780 has tried to overclok it??

I have a 780 Super Jetstream and I didn't even try to run Crysis 3 with max AA. MSAA is extremely demanding. The difference between running Crysis 3 on ultra with FXAA and Crysis 3 on ultra with max MSAA is massive. Go with FXAA or 2xMSAA at most. I'm not a big fan of MSAA anyway. It can only eliminate certain artifacts, while others can only be fixed with post-processing AA techniques. MSAA alone eats resources and still doesn't look that great. I play AC4 with CSAA 8x(16x) and it looks so much better than max MSAA. AFAIK Crysis 3 doesn't support too many AA techniques though. I think you'll just have to live with it.
