#1 You generally don't really "need" a liquid cooler for a computer, but it can allow you to get better overclocks, and if your budget is really high enough for all the parts you've listed, it seems to me you might as well go all the way, and maybe even get 2 or more graphics cards while you're at it and water-cool them as well (in fact, a single 780Ti might not be enough to get 120fps in newer games at 5760x1080 effective resolution). I don't remember if the 780Ti supports 4-way sli, but I think an AX1200i psu would support 4 of them.

#2 HDD coolers and memory fans would probably be redundant if you fill all the fan slots of the 900D.

#3 The Swiftech H320 comes pre-filled with "Hydrx PM-2 non-toxic coolant".

#4 See my answer to #1.

no? im getting 4 780 ti's and im asking if the Palit Geforce GTX 780Ti Jetstream 3GB DDR5 does support 4-way sli so i can get 4 in my motherboard

You didn't specify you were getting 4 of them in your original post, but the 780 Ti officially supports 4-way SLI per nVidia specs:
http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/articles/introducing-the-geforce-gtx-780-ti
However, sli scales poorly once you get past 2 gpus, and you wouldn't have enough room between them for air cooling to be effective. They'd all throttle themselves to avoid overheating. Thus here is a situation where it'd be worthwhile to set up a custom watercooling loop (or even multiple loops).

so the Palit Geforce GTX 780 TI Jetstream 3GB DDR5 does support 4 way and its a palit are u sure tho cuz u sent me a nvidia one,so if i do liquid cooling on my pc that im going to get in the future what would be my temperature be or is it enough to cool it all up?

It's impossible for us to predict your temps, especially since we don't know where you are and what the ambient temperatures are for the room you'll be putting the computer in. Even if we knew that and how far you were hoping to overclock, different cpus and gpus of the same model overclock differently, and presumably also have slightly different thermal output. Even with watercooling, 4 780 Ti's will be putting out a lot of heat into the room, so I hope your air conditioner can keep up.

I don't know how much of SLI is handled by the driver and how much is limited by the actual card. There might be a chance you'd be able to make 4-way sli work with the nvidia reference driver instead of Palit's driver, and I found images that show that the Palit card has two sli connectors on each, so it isn't physically limited. (although even if they only had one each, I wouldn't be surprised if there are special 4-way sli bridges to handle such a situation)

what does this mean i saw it on the palit website? NVIDIA SLI-ready 2-way

That means Palit is only assuring compatibility with 2-way sli. That doesn't necessarily mean they can't be forced to work in 4-way mode. If you already have the cards, you can go ahead and try to get them to work in 4-way. Otherwise, I suggest getting a different brand, and you can try to find the manufacturer specs page to determine whether it's cleared for 4-way sli. Also, getting cards with triple-fan coolers is a waste if you'll be replacing them with waterblocks anyway.

so they will work on 4 way right im pretty worried tho because it might be a waste of money if it doesnt work 4 way

You're buying 4 780 Ti's, a 3970X, a Corsair 900D, and a lot of other expensive hardware that might be more than you really need, and you're worried about wasting money? :??:

Anyway, I'm saying it's not clear whether the Palit cards will actually work in 4-way mode, and since the manufacturer doesn't claim they can, you might not be able to return them if you find out they don't.

Kinda what I was thinking. Why pay $1k+ for an extreme edition when you can get a 4930k that will perform just the same for like half the cost?
