I need to replace my motherboard in order to get my EVGA GTX 760 SC to work, I'll post specs below. My current motherboard is Pegatron IPMMB-FM Formosa (LGA 1155). I'm not looking to upgrade to something really fancy. I'd like a standard sized board with 4 RAM slots. I'd like to keep the price under $100 if possible.

Specs:
EVGA GTX 760 SC
Seasonic M12 ii 650W
Core i7-3770 (Ivy Bridge) (77W) 3.4 GHz
8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3 PC3-10600
1 TB SSD
Windows 7

That mobo seems to be an OEM mobo (HP?) and as such if you change it, your Windows OS will not work, as OEM OS's are tied to the mobo.
BUT I would expect your video card to work on the original mobo (but maybe a new power supply is needed.
