Hi guys quick question, I am doing my first build and have everything I need except a MOBO and RAM. Newegg has a combo deal for the Gigabyte G1 Sniper Z87 and G.Skill Ripjaws Z Series 8gb at 2400MHz. I looked on the compatibility list for the Sniper Z87 and that memory was not there but other G. Skill series were. What do you guys think will it work, will it bottle neck or will it throw an error at boot? Specs for my build are: i7 4770k, Corsair Air 540 case, Corsair RM650 PSU, 1TB WD HDD. Any advice would be greatly appreciated with this being my first build and all. Thanks!!!

Your mobo supports 2400Mhz RAM in OC mode but i wouldn't recommend you 2400Mhz regular 1600Mhz with CL8 will do the job same as 2400Mhz!
Support for DDR3 3000(O.C.) / 2933(O.C.) / 2800(O.C.) / 2666(O.C.) / 2600(O.C.) / 2500(O.C.) / 2400(O.C.) / 2200(O.C.) / 2133(O.C.) / 2000(O.C.) / 1866(O.C.) / 1800(O.C.) / 1600 / 1333 MHz
