Well, I'm custom building my first PC and I've gotten most of the parts. I'm just making my final decisions and I'm unsure on whether to go with the i7 4770k or the i5 4670.

Here are the facts. I'm planning to dual SLI two GTX 780ti with a 1080p monitor (I'll most likely get a better screen otherwise this will be over kill) I'm also planning to overclock at about 1-2 years down the line?

The custom PC will be mainly used for gaming, school work and general internet surfing. I might get into a little bit of photo editing, as I enjoy taking photos.

So what do you think? Should I keep or change my processor? Maybe I'll need the 4770k for future games? And don't forget about my photo editing.

Having more than one 780 Ti is useless, honestly. You could easily drop the other one and put it towards something else.

I personally own the i5-4670k, and a lot of people say anything above that isn't necessary for gaming, but since you're thinking about the future here it might be a good idea to get the i7-4770k, but I still think it's a bit overkill.

Then again, I'm not really a professional. I'm sure someone who knows more about these things than I do can provide some answers.
