My Setup:
AMD Athlon X2 2,8 GHz
ATI Radeon 5570 HD
4 GB RAM
500 GB Internal HDD
1 TB USB 3.0 External HDD
PnP USB Mouse and PS2 Keyboard
Two Monitors:
Primary 21" LG Flatron W2261V via RGB/VGA (1920x1080p)
Secondary 20" Acer whatever model (no clue xD) via DVI-D (1600x900p)

I switched the Monitors about a Month ago, before that Date, the Acer was primary and the LG was secondary.

I own that PC since 2011

Issue
Like Title says, everytime i try to watch a stream which needs the Flashplayer, let it be Youtube in Chrome/Iron or Advertisements in Steam internal Browser or anything else...my PC goes fully Banana and freezes. No Alt+Ctrl+Del, just hard restart pushing the power button a few seconds.
This now goes on for about 4-6 Days, i have holidays so i dont really remember. I tried a System restoration but my stupid windows didnt save a restoration point that is older than 36 Hours

I had the same problem about a Year ago when i used my Sharkoon 5,1 Headset, i had to switch my Audio output in the Realtek Drivers from 5,1 or Quadrophone to Stereo, it worket perfect, no more issues...but now its happening again.

I have no idea what may have caused this problem to happen now again...it first occured while i was looking for a game in the steam shop and a trailer window appeared, it froze Win 7 immediately. Then i tested it on Youtube = freeze, then i tested it in Steam internal Browser = Freeze, then in SRWare Iron browser on Youtube = freeze.

After that disappointing evaluation i was seeking knowledge in "teh internetz", also here, tried some of the solutions, and two were useful, but didn't solve my issue permanently.

The first one i tried was deleting the folders "Appdata\roaming\adobe\flash player" and "appdata\roaming\macromedia" it worked out, but only as long as i closed the Tab or browser window, then i had to re-delete them two Folders, so i wrote a batch file that deletes theese folders and runs chrome then, surprisingly, then it didnt worked out at all

Secondly i uninstalled flash player entirely from my PC, it also worked out until i closed the browser, after the next relaunch it froze again.

I am seconds away from throwing my PC into my Monitor...so please, HALP MEH!

PS: I an now testing if i could somehow disable hardware acceleration in my browser but i am sending this text in case it doesnt work and i dont need to rewrite it again...

Ok i did two things:
first, i was instaling the new Catalyst control center drivers beta 14.2, which had some buggy behavior and not opening the UI, but i didnt test youtube after that, i was upset that windows was so slow...
second: i was up to completely reset my windows by formating my HDD and reinstalling windows...for that i unplugged my LG VGA monitor...and there it goes, youtube works again...so guess it has either something to do with the catalyst 13.12 drivers (which i dont think, they didnt change for months) or simply some stupid new windows update that screwed up the dual monitor system drivers or something similar...but well i am still going to reinstall windows though...because it is slower than it should be...havent done a full reinstall since 2011.

thx for reading, i hope this will solve some other poor guys issues with the same problem.

Well ok, i have to post an update...this is some kind of the most disappointing and rediculous things that ever happened to me.
After complete deleting everything from my computer and reinstalling windows 7 64-bit SP1 i installed chrome and thested it again, what grinds my gears now, is that it can play 20 minute youtube vids, but when playing 2 hour videos my PC starts freezing again. (at least my PC is now fast again)

Current setup:
Hardware is the same as in first post
Catalyst Control Center (CCC) latest stable Version (13.12)
Chrome Version 33.0.1750.117 m
The Acer screen via DVI-D (900p)
Fresh installation of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit SP1 (no Updates)
Teamspeak 3 64 Bit
WinRar 64 Bit

So whats possibly left as an Issue?
Maybe the GPU/Video card is broken - ²may it be that removing and then re-add the video card to mainbaord could be a solution?
May the power saving option in CCC be the problem (Its slowing down CPU to 800 MHz if full power isnt needed)
I did not use the power saving option in my last windows installation btw
Maybe a problem in the latest Chrome Version/Flash Plugin?

I disabled Hardware Acceleration in Flash Plugin settings, some guys here pointed out that as a possible solution but it didnt work for me
²I am not the real hardware pro, but it works when a router is not working properly xD

I would look into faulty cables? Maybe changing from VGA to HDMI if possible. You want to finish updates to Win 7 as well you could be getting the same issue for different reasons.

I am installing updates right now, but it takes ages, as long as tihis takes i cant do anything...my video card only has VGA and DVI, and i'm currently running one screen with DVI. i will check it after all important updates are installed...i hope it works then...i dont want to buy a new video card^^

I opened my PC today, removed the Video Card and cleaned it, i couldnt see any proken cables or parts on my VC, so i just cleaned the whole PC from inside and started to try things again...first, i am stupid, ofc my VC has HDMI, i just didnt recognize it, because its hard to see when you pc is on the ground and a VGA and DVI cable are in the way. So finally, LG monitor via HDMI and acer via DVI. I wtaches some youtube vids today, but all under 20 minutes, its working so nice now that i dont want to screw up everything by testing out stuff i dont need, xD also im not done with the setup yet, many stuff like .NET 4.5.1 and DirectX 9.c and 10, jave need to be installed...
I try to give updates if it works or if it doesnt work...

Well, something very strange just occured, after finishing the Installation of Skype, and whenever i try to launch sky my PC frezzes...i kinda suspect a hardware error now...i dont like it, and i have no ideo what it could possibly be

Checkt that issue on google: Debug in msconfig was disabled the whole time, so that couldnt be the cause

Well youtube kinda works again, but i only tested videos under 20 minutes so far and i cant imagine any special solution for the issue that causes those freezes for videos that may be longer than 20 minutes.
I found a solution for skype freezes aswell, it seems to be a bug in the current build, so i wait for the next version.

Freezes may be some problem with the Video Cards power i often read, but im not sure, why does it use so much power when i play a two hour YT vids but not when i run several games at a time (i tested so far 3 EVE Online Clients with max textures and max shaders, no freeze, no slowdowns) or when i encode two hour long fraps material?

Update:
I installed Chrome: Version 34.0.1847.45 beta-m
with a new Flashplayer beta version, still didnt work, i also couldnt find an old version of chrome to test if that works properly.

I've read something about broken HDDs that may be a cause for freezing computers without bluescreens, also that powergrid may be a problem, but i cant imagine that my power supply has to low Watts, since my pc worked usually fine the last 3 years. I cant tell anything about the condition of my HDD...just that it is a 600 GB Western Digital SATA HDD and it also worked fine in the last 3 years.

I moved it to a buddy in winter but HDD problems usually occur suddenly after the event that damaged them, not 3 months later, as far as i know

I tested the RAM with memtest, some iterations (no idea) but no errors. any possiblity to easily recognize broken capacitors or stuff like that? or graphics crad testing tools?
It crashed while i was playing a game again, second time this week
Also youtube vids are still crashing since i made my windows new, if they are longer than 20 minutes or if i have multiple videos open that are combined longer than 20 minutes xD

I just changed the Graphics Card, my Moms PC uses the exact same model of the ATI radeon 5570HD, so i just changed it, lets see if i can stream stuff and look YT vids that are longer than 20 minutes.

Update: 3 Minutes later:
PC full freezed again, now im going to change the video card again to check if i did not acidentally put in my card.

Ok, i am writing this now from my moms PC, because my own PC has some strange behaviour now. After i changed the Graphics card the second time, it always started for a few seconds and then immediately shut down, and then started up again, and the same thing again and again. Like it was trying to boot, didnt work and then retry, the whole time. Then i changed it back again. Then i booted normally, and in the second as i tried to write this post down, it shut down again and went to try boot -> retry behaviour.
Dafuq happened now? :(

Update:
Ok, at least i found a solution for the strange behaviour. I removed all parts, and then reconnected them, including the Battery for the BIOS, i suspect the BIOS Battery to become somwéhow loose from carrying around my pc to friends or any other reason that could loosen a BIOS battery.... It just booted normally i will monitor the functionality of my system further. Since the videocard has nothing to do with it, nothing clearly broken was visible on my Mainboar, dan my RAM and HDD are in good condition.

Go to www.speedtest.net let me know the Ping, Download and Upload speeds. Try 6 test 3 with the server the speed test chooses and 3 with a server in another state.

Also list if you use a router, if the computer is connected wired or wireless, and which browser you're using (chrome, firefox, etc.).

My official downlaod speed from my ISP (Vodafone GER) is 16 MBit/s, upload is around 1MBit/s, i just downloaded a Game from Steam with 1.5 MB/s so it seems quite right.

My PC is Connected to my Router via wired LAN.
I am using Chrome Version 34.0.1847.60 beta-m

The Speedtests i did, had all around 12,5 DL and 0,95 UL, Ping was Different from State to State, in GER and UK, the Ping was around 40-45 ms, in USA around 100-120 ms and in Asia around 250 ms
