It is not possible. Many billion dollar companies have tried. Sony, etc. All broken quickly.
Create an "uncopyable" DVD, and within a few days, someone will crack that uncopyable part.
You can encrypt it. But then you have to give me the decryption key, so that I can read it and use whatever is on that disk. Once decrypted...I can copy the contents.
You can create some burned in hardware solution. But you need a billion dollars and major corporate buy in for that. And I would not use it. Whatever you are creating, there are probably multiple, free, better solutions available. I would use one of those.
