it will fit any atx mobo and almost any graphics card. so yes.

I doubt it will fit since that case is only 7.58" wide and the U14S(165mm) is actually taller then the D14 by 5mm.

well, if it doesnt fit, then you can A: modify the case to fit it, or B: get a different brand but still 760 that is 5mm smaller.

I doubt the cooler will fit in that case.
It's 165mm tall which is one of the taller ones on the market.
That's 6.5" and your case is 7.58" wide.
Do the math.
The Noctua D14 is 160mm tall.
Most coolers are 160mm tall max.
