I want to play the most demanding games like Far Cry 3, Crysis 3, Battlefield 4, Skyrim other latest games including other fps and tps and also f2p and mmo games...(all sorts of game).
I want to play the most demanding and latest games at all Highest(ultra) settings and with everything on including AA which can be 4x or high fxaa if available. Unlike other gamers i just want to play the games at an average of 30 fps+. The most decent rate for me would be 35fps as we can play the games at a good performance. Im looking for a superb gaming pc (including all the parts to build a desktop) at around 60k and please, i cannot go beyond 65k, please sugesst 60-62k
desktops. After days of research i found out these are the best specs to run best games at ultra settings with AA and every other setting to be at high and the important part that i dont want 60fps, i just want 30 to 35 fps, and please not below that fps...... I just mention the important part, that ill be playing at 1080p as the choice of the monitor will say.....

Processor- Intel i5 3570 3.4 GHz (13.5k)
GPU- Nvidia Zotac Gtx 760 (20k)
Ram- 4 gb ram, later I will upgrade to 8 gb, please suggest the speed. Max Price 2.5k (2.5k)
Motherboard- Gigabyte B75M DH3 (4.5k)
Storage- Seagate Barracuda 2tb or WD blue 2tb (6k)
PSU- Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU (4k)
Monitor- BenQ GW2255 21.5 inch (8.5k)
Mouse and Keyboard- Dell KM113 Wireless Combo (1.3k)
Case/Cabinet- Any good one with low price would work (2 to 3k)
DVD drive- Any good Samsung DVD Writer (1k)
Speakers- Creative SBS A120 Multimedia Speakers (1.4k)
Total: 64k to 65k
Can you please tell the parts which we can let the price go down a bit to come down to 60 to 63k?
Note: Please remember that i want all the games to be MAXED out in every aspect (maybe a bit down in AA works) but i dont want 50fps, even 30 to 35 fps will be great for me as it provides a decent playing experience.
Please tell if an AMD processor is better in my case. if yes, please tell the change in specs.
Please review this specs and tell me the changes i should put, it would be a big help for me.
