HELP! Blue lightflashes flashes once and fans spins for a split second.

A blue light from the top right corner of the motherboard flashes and at the same time, fans from graphics card and system fans turn on for a split second and then nothing else happens, just like the PC is off, this happens when i press the power button on the outside of the chassi. This also happens, only when i re-plug the cable and turn on the switch on the power supply. I have a TwinFrozr GTX 760 grapics card, MSI FXA990-GD65 motherboard and a Corsair CX600M power supply, AMD FX 8350 processor and a 1TB seagate harddrive. Wat could be the problem? I believe all the cables are hooked up well but I am not sure at all, please link me a video or someting that might help me with the cables, etc. Thanks!

Without knowing for sure, I'm considering that you may have a PCIe connector placed in your 8 pin ATX 12v connector on the motherboard (that's the 8 pin in the upper left corner) check to make sure that connector is a 4+4 pin type and it says ATX or CPU and does not say PCIe

i think you have short motherboard of vga, just try to run only motherboard without anything plug in
