Hi there!

Unless you overclocked it, it's not overclocked. What games are you having trouble with and what are the specs for the rest of your system?

the games are
Batman Arkham Origins which is really really low like 15-17 fps
and Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag but thar is 17-20 and when i set it on low it becomes 25 only no changes

and the rest of my specs are
CPU : Intel Pentium G2020
RAM : 8 GB
Windows 7 x64

i thought at first because the pc is crap but i played battlefield 4 and its on medium 25-30 and on low is 40
so i guess its not the pc only

Right, this one should be fairly easy to solve. The reason you are having performance issues with games like Origins and Black Flag is that they are designed and optimised for graphics cards with a lot more power than your GT 630 can provide. I'm sorry to say that unless you upgrade that card, and possibly the CPU as well, you are going to continue to have performance issues like these.

I used to run a G2120 with 8gb of ram and a GTS 450, both of which are more powerful than your setup, and I really struggled to to play those games. The rather ugly truth here is that your system just is not capable of playing those games, and no amount of tweaking or overclocking is going to change that.

I hate being the bearer of bad news, but it's always best to be honest about these things. You only have one real option here and that is to upgrade. That or put up with the performance issues with your current system. :(
