UPDATE: My CPU has been replaced (I think I was scammed by TigerDirect). According to the repair department, my CPU was burned out. I have replaced it with a FX8320, 10 mins into running my computer I got a random restart. I have had a few freezes and restarts and got my FIRST BSOD.

BSOD MESSAGE: Internal_Power_Error

My cords are not loose nor are any of them half plugged. PSU is 4 months old. Should I replace my PSU or could another part be causing this issue?

OS: Windows 7/8.1
CPU:[strike]AMD FX 6100 3.3GHz (Stock)[/strike] NEW AMD FX 8320 3.5GHz (STOCK)
MOBO:Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
RAM: PNY 8gb (2x4gb) 1600
RAM: Team Volcan 8gb (2x4gb) 1600
PSU: Thermaltake SMART Series SP-750PCBUS 750W
Water Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 120M
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 1TB
SSD: PNY XLR8 120gb
Case: Azza Gen 9000
GPU: ASUS HD7770-2GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 2GB

Solution
You are correct, it would not boot. If you are confident that the memory is good (you ran memtest to your satisfaction) and you have replaced the CPU, that only leaves the motherboard.

Flashed my BIOS, replaced my cmos battery, and unplugged the reset switch, lots of errors in windows about things not working, currently working on them now

Left windows to install all the updates over night, just woke up and found it saying BOOTMGR MISSING

Update: Checked and double checked all power cords, nothing lose or half plugged, let the system start up again, after 10 mins of netflix it restarted. I have now cut my power of 4 of my fans in half still restarting.

Anyone with ideas please help, I work from home and with out my computer being stable I am unable to work.

Update: Went into system recovery and turned off automatic restart in attempt to gather any info from a crash, no luck, the system isnot recording any errors only the reboots.

I took my computer to tigerdirect to get it looked at as I had run out of options on my end. They said my cpu burnt out because my water cooler was not on all the way. Yet my temps were never higher then 50c....EVER...replaced with a brand new FX8320, I have already had several restarts and freezes since starting it back up, the hdd and ssd are clean slates so there is no chance of a virus or bug.

Im honestly worried that my mobo is part of the issue, also, wouldnt a burnt out CPU no even boot?

See now im really sure that TigerDirect just screwed me for my money, I took it in there to have them look at it, and at that point I was able to boot and get into windows, watch netflix, surf the web. So it looks like they just picked a random thing and said "im going to make this the issue". I guess they suckered me into paying 140 bucks to look at my cpu, tell me a lie and then put in a new (and better) cpu, with out finding the real issue. Im currently running tests again to see if I get it to keep failing before I charge over there and demand a new mobo from them.
