Upgrading CPU - any bios work need to be done?

im going from a AMD FX 8150 to a AMD FX 8350
Anything i need to do in my bios or can i just install it?

Also is having it cooled with semi cheap water cooling or the heatsync that comes with it?

Windows 7 premium 64bit
motherboard- GA-970A-UD3
BIOS- award modular bios v6.00pg
16gb ram

uhh i thinks thats all lol

You need BIOS F7 for the 8350 - see here: http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3907# It would be better to get an aftermarket cooler whether air or water since either would likely be quieter and provide better cooling.
