I run two R9 290's Tri-X In crossfire. When I boot my PC, the fans of the bottom card doesn't run. When I do something in afterburner, they do run (dunno if they run because of me playing in msi afterburner or if it is something else). Is this normal..?
G45 Gaming, i5 4670k, 2x4GB ram, Corsair AXi 860W
