Chairs (and gaming "chairs" are completely ridiculous and not worth the cost) and headphones should not be included in your gaming system budget, and mouse pads are a waste of money. If you cut these things out of your budget you can easily put together a full tower + monitor and peripherals for around the $1000 - $1100 mark.

I have assembled a micro-atx rig which you can later do SLI (gtx 660)

I chose the webcam to be a mic so don't worry about the fact the headset dosen't include one.
Put the two stock fans in the back of the case and throw the two custom fans in front! Now the case will glow green when on.

This thing you want called a "Gaming thing" is a marketing trick to get you to spend more. It just isn't worth it and there is no benefit.
Office chairs make great chairs since they are designed to be sat in for long periods of time. You could also throw some cheap stereo speakers on but I didn't want to go over the budget (and the price Will fluctuate)

I hope you approve of the build and if anyone else wants to... you can help improve it!

I chose parts on a basis of reviews and price so I wouldn't expect a bad part among them.

You cannot later SLi 2 660s on that build as the board only has 1 PCIE x 16 slot also the ram should run in dual channel so 2 x 4Gb would be better than 1 x 8Gb.

I fixed the fact the mobo has only one PCI-E slot. I chose the single bit of RAM so you could plug in an additional 8 GB piece should you need it.
The new mobo also supports 32 GB RAM so the build is much better as for upgrade ability now.

SLI in a Micro-ATX with a 600W PSU...
Overheating, lack of power... Not a good idea.

On your question on Gaming Peripherials, my question is the following:
Are you looking for the best possible gaming expirience from entartainment point of view or from a competitive (multiplayer) point of view.

Those 2 things are rather opposite in terms of what you want.

a GTX 660 SLI will be fine with a 600W PSU. I also added two case fans to that build for better cooling. I am confident in it's capability to SLI
What suggestions would you have for cooling? Or just get a larger case?

The board still only has 1 PCIE slot suitable for a graphics card and 600W is not enough for 2 660s but is for the 750ti you changed to.
