How about this case:

It says it has "clearance for top 240mm dual radiator for water cooling solutions". I imagine that will cover the Noctua no problem?

The 240mm radiator support doesn't really help with clearance for an air cooler, but that case is a little wider. Either case should work fine. Pick the one you like best.
