FX-6300 mild overclocking

Hi!

I'm building a gaming PC on a budget. I want to buy an FX-6300 together with an R9 270, and I'm willing to OC them both. I would like to reach at least 4.0-4.2 with the CPU and somewhere around the faster R9 270X with the GPU. Also, I am looking for an USB 3.0 header and the possibility to power at least 2 chassis fans.

What motherboards could you suggest? I want to go as cheap as possible, but obviously the motherboard has to be reliable and stable.

here is a nice mobo, and it should work. there is a small chance though that it needs a bios update before it can run the fx 6300.

I di some reading and the M5A97 LE R2.0 seems to not have a heatsink on the VRM, and also doesn't have a USB 3.0 header. If i were to pay a bit more for the M5A97 R2.0 (not the LE version), would it be enough for a not-so-extreme overclock? It has both a heatsink and a USB 3.0 header.

If not this one, what would you suggest? I don't want to go much more expensive than this.

I would go for this one, but both this one and the Asus are both equally as good.
