Hello, I'm thinking of getting a evga gtx 760 superclocked and a noctua nh-d14 fan but for the gpu the temp gets to 70c I think and people say noise is terrible so if I bought a antec p280 case which is sound proofed would I still hear it loud? And would the noctua nh -d14 cool it down? If I'm constantly gaming for more than 8hours straight. If that's a bad setup please give me ideas. Of course around that price range for maybe a better gpu but needs to be a power requirement of 500w or below:)

You do realise this fan won't attach to the GPU itself. It's a CPU heatsink and fans for a CPU, NOT a GPU. as for noise, if it is insulated, make sure it is good insulation. Or you could get your own insulation.

These are examples of GPU Coolers:
