just oc my cpu again to 4.4 (close to my old 4.5 with auto voltage - i know it was bad but worked fine for like half year) and my pc got blue screen without even running anything that was about 1.3 fixed voltage and 40 celsius idle

maybe im doing something wrong with settings or just my gpu or memories or mobo are bad?

i put 40 cpu ratio

should i disable Intel SpeedStep Technology, Intel Turbo Boost Tech,Internal PLL overvoltage, how much power limit should i set? Should i change "additional turbo voltage" from auto?
Spear Spectrum should be disabled? Should i lower ram mhz? From 1600mhz to 1333mhz?
Should i turn off overheat protection? Should i disable C1E or features like on this pic http://cdn.overclock.net/5/5b/5bee77f8_IMG_0121.jpeg

my bios looks like this http://i.imgur.com/us1ffxa.jpg

We have the same mobo, though I'm using a 2600k OC'd to 4.5 @ 1.28 V. I used this guide to properly overclock my system, as I was getting blue screens with my first few OC attempts (non-auto):
http://www.overclock.net/t/1198504/complete-overclocking-guide-sandy-bridge-ivy-bridge-asrock-edition

From the top of my head, the culprit for me was leaving the C-states ON. They should be turned off. My other settings:
I kept SpeedStep, Turbo Boost to ON. Spread spectrum OFF. Also OC'd my CL9 1333 MHz ram to 1600 CL9 (leave your RAM at stock speeds though to eliminate other possible problems). Left overheat protection ON. Power limits are:
Short duration: 225
Long duration: 200
Current limit: 200

Also refer to the "BSOD list" in the link I gave you. It was helpful in determining which setting in the BIOS I needed to change when I was experiencing blue screens.
