Hibernation mode ON making boot twice as fast?

So anyways, I like to disable Hibernation because my 120GB SSD doesn't like the 4GB of hiberfil.sys. When I disable hibernation, my boot times go from 15 seconds to 30 seconds. Very saddening. So does Windows 7 has a fast boot type of startup? I've done a whole lot of things to improve startup speeds such as allowing all cores, disabling startup programs, but I really just get hung up on the "Windows is starting" screen. It takes about 20 seconds for the colors in the Windows flag to appear and by the time it comes together, I boot into desktop(about 30 seconds overall). When I have hibernation on, my boot times are 15 seconds to desktop and I get the colors appearing instantaneously. So I don't know what is going on with having hibernation on, which makes it faster. Anyone have a solution? I don't want hibernation on because hiberfil.sys takes up space. Thanks!

Well if you don't ever want your laptop/computer hibernate but still have the hibernation on,
You Can Go control panel and do this:
Click Hardware and Sound,
under Power Options, click 'Change when the computer sleeps'
Then click Change Advanced Power Settings.
Expand sleep, then expand 'hibernate after'
Keep on pressing the up button until you see 'Never'

Maybe I wasn't clear enough. I get bad boot speeds when hibernation is off. I want to improve boot speeds with hibernation off.

Questions:
1) What makes my boot speeds slower while hibernation is off?
2) How can I make boot speeds faster with hibernation off? (I get hung up for about 25 seconds on the "starting windows" screen when hibernation is off)
3) Is windows using a "fast boot" system that I don't know about? I didn't know that Windows 7 uses it.
