Hey guys, i'm new here and in pc building and I need some help!

I've bought my pc a month ago, and two weeks ago i've bought a set of coolers from Cooler Master: 2x Jetflos 120mm (front) and 1x Megaflow 200mm (top), besides, it had a 120mm cooler on the back and one 140mm in front which I relocated on the side. The CPU usage, temp and voltage is oscillating even when I'm not using it.

Temp.: 16~17C to 40~42C (62F to 108F)
Voltage: 14.40W to 43.40W
Usage: 0% to 5`6% (not sure if it's really relevant)

The HWMonitor SS:

Do i need to post specs? I'm afraid that the PSU is not holding it.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 VISHERA (with the default cooler, planning on change this very soon)
MOBO: GIGABYTE FOR AMD GA 970A UD3 AM3+
GPU: GIGABYTE RADEON HD 7850 2048MB 256bits
MEM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 4GB DDR3 1600MHZ
PSU: CORSAIR ATX 12V 2.2 600W

thanks! and if you need anything else, just ask!

Solution
HWmonitors wattage reading is outdated so no need to worry about that. It is useless information. Also from time to time the program will spit out a wrong reading.
all CPU voltages and temps will fluctuate depending on usage.
even at idle there are background processes running and will use the CPU. There are also programs that run just when the system is idle like maintenance. these will use the CPU and make it heat up when the PC is doing nothing.

all in all everything looks fine But if for some reason you notiuce a performance issue then start looking for what is causing it.

EDIT: your PSU is more than powerful enough for your PC.

All of your temps are very low in your screen shot. I don't see what the issue is temp wise. If your saying the CPU usage is going up and down then that of course is impacting voltage and temps. This is pretty normal. If you think its more variation than normal(0-5% is very normal for an idle PC) then I suggest monitoring processes to see what is causing the CPU spikes. Windows 8 task manager is pretty decent at helping figure that out and if your on a prior version of windows download Microsoft's free process monitor: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx

I really don't think you have an issue to worry about. If it was your PSU your issues wouldn't be at idle but at load. Your 600 Watt PSU has much more headroom than your PC will be requiring which by my estimate is just under 400 watts(can calculate it yourself : http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine).

I posted the SS so you could see the range of the oscilation, because I hadn't used any program during the measure.
At the end of that night my windows stoped working and I had to reinstall it =/

Another thing I forgot to mention (I was freaking out when posted here haha) is that the coolers are connected to the mother board, is this a problem? because my PSU does not have enough connectors.

And thanks for your help, I read it right after you posted, but couldn't reply, sorry!
