So I have just built my first pc and so far it seems like its working (yay) I have installed windows 8.1 and now I need to install the drivers for the motherboard and the graphics card but I am not sure which to install or if I should just install all of them.

There are 2 options for chipset, 2 for Lan, 2 for Sata and 2 for WLAN/Bt, unfortunately I know very little about any of them so I just want to make sure i'm making the right choices. Any help would be great
