My drive will only read CD-Rs. When it reads them it says the disc is blank and asks me to burn something, which fails anyway when I try it. It will not read any other form of DVD or CD I put in it. I have tried uninstalling and updating the driver but it does not work. I have also tried cleaning the lens.
